hi Keith,
I’ve discovered your website while researching about running metronomes, I made a metronome app, it’s free for the next few days(and i’ll keep it free for any requested day for your readers if you’d like.). I wanted to share the news with you if you happen to use a ipod, or iphone. to see what you think, also if you have any recommendations i’ll be more than happy to modify and or add function to it for the readers of running metronome.

I know some of the runners use iphone/ipod touch hand strap while running band such as this.

perhaps this would be a good use for the mi.metronome app. and it’s free (or a few dollars) if the reader has an iphone/ipod touch.
thank you for your time.
Best,
Steven

Hi Steven,
Thanks very much for your offer and so sorry for my late reply.
I personally do not use metronome app on iPod or iPhone, I prefer my faithful Seiko DM50S Metronome. Anyway, I agree with you, some runners might like to use the metronome app instead.
So I welcome your comment here and whoever read your comment and interested will contact you. Thanks Steven.
Cheers,
Keith

What do you think of this metronome, and do you know where I could order it retail in the US? I like the idea of a vibrating tempo to replace the beep on my dm50.

Hi Michael,
You are right, DM50 does not come with the vibration mode. Sorry, I know nothing about the Joyo Digital Metronome. Personally, I think that the vibration feature on clip-on metronome would not serve well, reason being when one is running, it is difficult to feel the vibration. A vibrating metronome watch might be more effective.
Anyway, you may like to do a search on the Internet for “Metronome watch” to learn more.
All the best.
Cheers,
Keith.
